At Jukana, every reservation is carefully prepared to welcome you and offer an intimate, private and special experience. That is why we have designed a policy that combines flexibility and consideration.
If your plans change
- 20 days or more before your arrival
100% refund
You may cancel your reservation and receive 100% of the amount paid, in accordance with the conditions of the payment method or platform used.
- Between 8 and 5 days before your arrival
Rescheduling
We offer you the possibility of rescheduling your Jukana experience, keeping the value of your reservation, subject to availability and within the following 2 months.
- Less than 72 hours before your arrival
No refund
The dates have already been specially reserved for you, so no refund applies. However, if we manage to re-open and book those dates, we will be happy to offer you a special rescheduling, subject to availability.
Date changes are subject to current rates. If the new date has a higher value, the difference must be covered.
We want you to book with peace of mind. If an unexpected situation arises, write to us. At Jukana we value every reservation and will strive to find the kindest and most convenient alternative together with you.
